Our consultants typically have multiple core competencies, depending on the business or technical need, our consultants can be in one of these roles:

Project Management & Leadership
Our Project Managers are required to define the project’s objectives, lead project teams and assume day-to-day management and control of projects, including the selection of methodologies, processes, staffing and tools which are appropriate to the project.

The consultant has the overall responsibility of the project, will provide guidance to project management leaders and staff, including sponsors, managers, and team members and is accountable for ensuring the successful completion of all phases of the project including concept/definition (initiation), planning, implementation (execution, monitoring and control) and close-out according to strict deadlines and within budget and according to client or industry standard.

The consultant is responsible for developing and maintaining key project documents including the project charter, the integrated project plan (including specific project scope, time, cost, quality, HR, risk, procurement and communications plans)

The consultant is responsible for executing the project in accordance with the established baseline, managing issues, changes, quality control and client expectations throughout its life cycle while providing project executives with regular status and progress reports and knowledge sharing to client resources.

The resource will build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project and develop best practices and tools for project execution and management

Business Analysis:
Our Business Analysts are responsible for analyzing existing and new business processes, and defining business requirements. They ensure that all existing system processes are mapped to business requirements and that all new business/product requests are translated to business process models and functional specifications.

The consultant will meet with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define business, financial, and operations requirements and systems goals, and identify and resolve systems issues, the consultant will make suggestions for best practices in implementing new requirements, perform cost-benefit and return on investment analyses for proposed systems to aid management in making implementation decisions.

The consultant will lead design sessions in prototyping new systems for the purpose of enhancing business processes, operations, and information process flow, collaborate in the planning, design, development, and deployment of new applications, and enhancements to existing applications, analyze data to define the current state and desired future state.

The consultant will create diagrams, and flow charts to provide direction to the team, ensure completeness and accuracy of all system documentation, policies, business processes, analyze and evaluate new requests and proposed system changes to determine purpose, requirement, magnitude of changes, impact, benefit, costs, risks and priority.

The consultant will coordinate and perform end-user reviews for modified and new systems and other post-implementation activities, support for work produced by systems staff and outside contractors and provide orientation and training to end users for all modified and new systems while providing guidance and instruction to junior staff members.

Software Testing and Quality Assurance
The Software Test/QA Analyst is responsible for creating an end-to-end test plan; executing the plan and managing activities in the plan to ensure that all the objectives are met and that the solution works as expected. The Tester/QA Analyst ensures that every phase and feature of the software solution is tested and that any potential issue is identified and fixed before the product goes live.

The tester/QA analyst will identify test requirements from specifications, map test case requirements and design test coverage plan for new or updated software projects to determine if the software will perform accurately and reliably according to documented requirements as well as established standards under both normal and abnormal conditions.

The tester/QA analyst will test the solution in terms of functionality, performance, reliability, stability and compatibility with other internal and external systems and ensure that testing is well defined, planned and executed.

The QA Analyst will prepare test schedules, facilitate meetings, train and manage testing resources; review, evaluate and provide test input during business requirements and design specifications gathering sessions, identify any potential quality issues per defined process and escalate potential quality issues to management.

The QA Analyst will hold and facilitate test plan/case reviews with cross-functional team members, prepare test data, write test cases, execute application testing, identify and manage issues, write test results summaries and maintain test artifacts.
